The Quail lab studies microenvironmental regulation of chronic inflammation and anti-tumour immunity. We use highly-multiplex imaging techniques, spectral flow cytometry and sequencing technologies to study the spatial organization and function of the tumour immune microenvironment at the single-cell level.
The Quail Lab is focused on the role of the tumour microenvironment during cancer progression, with a particular interest in tumour immunology and myeloid-targeted immunotherapies. Our team is investigating 3 major themes:
To study the tumour microenvironment, we use cutting edge technologies such as highly-multiplexed imaging mass cytometry, intravital microscopy, spectral flow cytometry, single cell sequencing, and genetically-engineered in vivo models.
